Refund Policy Highlights
- All digital sales are final.
- Refunds are only considered for duplicate charges or technical delivery issues we cannot resolve.
- You must contact us within 48 hours of purchase for any issue.
- Chargebacks without contacting us first may be treated as fraud/abuse.
Scope of this Policy
This policy governs purchases of digital goods delivered by download link, email, or account access. No physical items are shipped.
No Right of Return for Digital Downloads
Because access to digital content is granted immediately after payment, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is completed and access is provided.
When We May Issue a Refund
We will consider a refund in these limited cases:
1. Duplicate Payment/Order
You were charged twice for the same product. We’ll refund the duplicate charge after verification.
2. Technical Delivery Failure
- You did not receive the download email/link, or
- The provided link repeatedly fails and we are unable to supply a working file within a reasonable time.
- You must contact us within 48 hours of purchase and cooperate with basic troubleshooting (alternate email, re-sending links, etc.).
3. Corrupted/Unusable File
If a file is corrupted and we cannot replace it with a functional version, we’ll issue a refund. You must notify us within 48 hours and include a brief description, screenshot/error message, and your device/app details (e.g., PDF reader version).
Access Issues & Troubleshooting
Most access problems are solved by:
- Checking Spam/Promotions folders
- Trying the link while logged into your account
- Using a different browser/device or network
- Updating your PDF reader or video player
If issues persist, email contact@hungrynostalgia.com with:
- Order ID
- Purchase email
- Product name
- Screenshot of the error
Processing a Refund (if approved)
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method only.
- Please allow 5–10 business days (gateway/bank dependent) for funds to appear.
- Once a refund is issued, your license/access to the product will be revoked and download links will be disabled.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us first at contact@hungrynostalgia.com. Filing a chargeback without giving us a chance to help may delay resolution and can be treated as abuse. We provide order logs and delivery proof to payment processors when needed.
Pricing & Promotion Adjustments
Prices and promotions may change at any time. We do not offer retroactive price adjustments or refunds for missed promotions.
Bundles & Collections
Refund eligibility for bundles follows the same rules as individual products. Partial refunds for parts of a bundle are not offered.
Gifts & Transfers
Licenses are for personal use and are non-transferable unless expressly permitted. Gifted orders follow the same policy; the purchaser must request any refund.
